Lumarah Travel Agency Ltd is a travel agency registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17528238). Our registered office is 62 Tong Street, Bradford, England, BD4 9LX. We operate the website https://lumarahtravelagency.co.uk (the “website”).

These terms apply to your use of the website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. When you book travel with us, our Booking terms and Cancellation policy also apply.

What the website is for

The website lets you browse Umrah packages, holidays, flights and hotels, build a journey and send it to us as an enquiry by WhatsApp or our enquiry form. Nothing is booked or paid for on the website. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, details and prices, and a booking is only made after you accept our written quote and pay in line with our Booking terms.

Prices and availability

Some prices on the website come live from our suppliers, such as airlines (through Duffel) and hotels (through LiteAPI). Supplier prices and availability change constantly and can change between the time you see them and the time we check them.

All prices shown on the website are indicative only. They are not an offer and are not guaranteed until we confirm them to you in writing in a quote. Package prices may be shown “from” a starting price and may vary with dates, room type, number of travellers and departure airport.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that all content, including descriptions, photos, hotel distances, travel times and entry requirements, is complete or current at all times. Hotel and supplier information is often provided by the suppliers themselves. Please check anything important with us before you book.

General travel information, such as passport, visa and health guidance, is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for official advice. Always check the latest information from GOV.UK foreign travel advice and the relevant embassy or authority.

Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• send enquiries containing false information or details of other people without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, the staff area or any connected database;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attempt to disrupt the website;

Some images and descriptions are provided by suppliers and remain their property.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, because the website is free and is for information and enquiries only, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content, including prices that change before they are confirmed in writing. We are not liable for business losses, as the website is for personal and domestic use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
